KOLADE OLUSEGUN ELUYERA
Kolade Eluyera is the Lead Partner of XiM Professional Services and he is the partner in charge of Audit and Assurance Services. Kolade is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, The Institute for Internal Control (Theiic) USA and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from University of Ado Ekiti. He has over fifteen years’ hands-on experience in finance and accounting, audit, taxation, secretariat matters, management consultancy, assets management and financial advisory services covering both private and public sectors of the Nigerian economy, out of which over 8 years was with well reputed Accounting firms where an extensive practical experience in the field of Audit and Assurance Services has been enhanced. He is grounded in adoption and implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in Nigeria for companies and government agencies, International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) for government at various levels. He had his working career with reputable firm like Bakertilly Nigeria where he was a management staff before he left to start XiM Consulting with joint Audit/Tax engagement with AOPS now joining forces with other high calibre, forward-looking, highly reputable professionals to establish XiM Professional Services. OLAITAN BABATUNDE
Olaitan Babatunde is the Associate Lead Partner of XiM Professional Services and she is the partner in charge of Taxation and Financial Advisory Services. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) as well as a member of The Institute for Internal Controls (IIC). She is a Certified Information System Auditor by the Institute for Internal Control and also a Certified Management Consultant by Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria. She joined XiM Professional Services in 2019 after contributing seventeen years of incredible work: having spent six years at Aneni Dairo & Co Chartered Accountants and eleven years at Bakertilly in Nigeria an independent arm of Bakertilly International a firm born out of the union of Aneni Dairo & Co Chartered Accountants and Oyelami Soetan Adeleke & Co Chartered Accountants. A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University with a Bachelor of Science, emphasis in Accounting, she specializes in providing Tax Advisory Services, Regulatory Compliance Support Services and Tax Reviews/Due Diligence/Health Check Services to both individual and Companies. With about two decades of experience in taxation, she has provided services to companies in a range of sectors which include: Manufacturing, Trading, Agriculture, Service Providing, Construction, Telecommunication and Investment Companies. Olaitan’s resourceful persona is reinforced with years of producing results for clients, proving herself being indeed a strategic partner for growth.
